Anxiety on the executive team: It's common. If you THINK you are alone, it's going to get worse.

As someone who has struggled with anxiety for many years, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to manage anxiety in the workplace. It can be difficult to ask for help or even acknowledge that you're struggling, especially when there's a stigma around mental health in the workplace. But the reality is that anxiety is incredibly common - and it's nothing to be ashamed of. And the good news is that there are steps we can take to manage anxiety and create a more supportive workplace. First and foremost, we need to start by breaking the stigma around mental health in the workplace. By creating an environment where employees feel safe to talk about their mental health challenges, we can reduce the shame and isolation that often come with anxiety. We can also provide resources and support for employees who are struggling with anxiety.
